Jerry Sinnamon, senior associate/owner of Be On Purpose, has more than 30 years of accomplishment as a senior executive, coach, mentor, consultant, and change agent.  He has led and worked with large, small, public, private. governmental, and third-sector organizations.  Paramount in each of these engagements is the client simultaneously achieving sustained effectiveness of the firm and fulfillment and satisfaction by the firm's stakeholders.

 

Through Be On Purpose, Jerry as been providing services to select clients since 1998. An advocate of lifelong learning, Jerry regularly hones his coaching and consulting skills by acquiring state-of-the-art techniques and knowledge to share with clients. Jerry is committed to tailoring Be On Purpose services to specific client circumstances. His network of experienced colleagues provides a large pool of resources for collaboration on particular projects, depending on the skills and experience required.

Special Training & Experience

 

 Jerry Sinnamon is certified by Innovation Associates to teach the principles of Learning Organizations through the programs: Visionary Leadership, Visionary Planning, and Genesys.

 

A founder of Innovation Associates, Peter Senge, first coined the term Learning Organization in his seminal book, The Fifth Discipline.  Jerry was also certified to teach Personal Mastery, by another founder of Innovation Associates, Robert Fritz.

 

For 16 years Jerry was executive vice president of Griffin Health Services, Derby, CT, during which the disciplines of the learning organization were employed to transform Griffin into an international exemplar for hospitals seeking to fulfill the physical, emotional, and social needs and expectations of patients and stakeholders.
